I am a learning experience designer.
I believe, no change is possible without learning. People naturally learn through experiences everywhere and all the time. By purposefully designing learning experiences I help people build a better future by changing how they think, feel and act.
Learning experiences are not limited to school, university, or training at work. Every life experience can be a learning experience. This perspective opens up almost unlimited creative possibilites for design.
Being a LX designer means being empathetic, human-centered, creative, and artistic. It means to be a system thinker, a deep diver, a communicator, and a learner. Sometimes it means to go against the flow to stay true to the values of this discipline.
It’s challenging but I am happy to be on this journey.

Care process training
Lohmann & Rauscher
Traditionally the training of sales representatives is focused on products they have to sell. As a result they often overlook the needs of the customers and patients.
Together with medical and sales experts we came up with a different way to train new sales reps. Instead of memorizing the products, they learn about the whole patient care process for specific conditions. Solving interactive clinical cases, they learn to recognize the problems and see products as a part of the solution.

Sales onboarding
Lohmann & Rauscher
Being a new sales representative in a company that works with customers in complex healthcare systems is challenging. Face-to-face sales trainings are often available several months after the first working day. Who is to help?
I created interactive digital modules, based on sales process requirements and the experience of the most successful sales representatives. They provide smooth onboarding experience making the sales processes tangible and practical, and prepare the new employees for trainer-led workshops.

Learning Friday
Lohmann & Rauscher
Before the introduction of the digital learning platform, the company’s internal training offer consisted of multiple-hour face-to-face sessions that were often overwhelming and were available just several times a year. The new platform offered an opportunity for self-paced and self-directed learning but it was ignored by most employees.
I designed Learning Friday to facilitate the experience of using the platform, to encourage employees to share their knowledge and skills with their colleagues, and to build horizontal networks by giving people from different countries and departments opportunities for social learning and connecting.

Urban learning tours
Vienna is one of the world's best cities to live. Coming from a country with much lower standards of living, I was interested in finding a way how one can learn and appreciate what makes this city great. I didn’t find such tours so I decided to create them myself.
I designed unconventional city tours which highlighted one aspect of urban life, for example, public transportation system, new district development or even wine making. The tours were designed to make participants active by playing roles that are different from a passive listener - for example, by being an “auditor” of the public transportation system or a sommelier of the local wines.
Graffiti to connect
City of Vienna
Grätzloase is the City of Vienna initiative which helps citizens improve their neighbourhoods.
Initially, I just wanted to paint over an ugly wall in front of my house. I ended up conducting a workshop where a group of 18 neighbours learned about graffiti as street art, made stencil drafts, and had an opportunity to get to know each other. Together we created 18 stencils. Then I organized a street fest and invited neighbours to participate by spraying their drafts, playing, and connecting.
